Party Bookings Terms & Conditions

- £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.

- Balance is due on the day of the event.

- If your party is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the event the deposit is non-refundable.

- 2-hour venue hire-16 children recommended.

- We require adult supervision 1 adult per child.

- Please leave venue the condition you found it.

- All rubbish should be taken away at the end of your party.

- All balloons and decoration brought must be taken away.

- Hot & Cold drinks for adults must be purchased at the venue.

- We do not allow any taping or pining or nailing on the walls.

- We allow white tac to be used.

Cancellation, Refunds & Amendments

• The £100 deposit is non-refundable.
• To change your party date a £100 amendment fee will be charged.
• If your party is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the event the full balance is non-refundable.
• Should your celebration need to be cancelled due to lockdown Ladybird Soft play will endeavour to reschedule your booking to a suitable date.
